CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least two days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation, this gives our artists time to fill your reservation time with guests from our waitlist.

Our cancellation fees are dependent on the service provider and the services booked.

Same day PMU cancellations will require payment of the full service total for the reservation. All PMU cancellation fees will be applied to future reservations if re-booked within 30 days. (This credit only applies if we are given at least 24 hour notice of cancellation.)

Due to the custom nature of our tattoo services, your tattoo cancellation fee will depend on the time booked, size, placement, and intricacy of the design. Tattoo cancellation fees are not able to be applied towards future reservations.

If there is a no call no show for a complimentary tattoo touch up, you are foregoing your complimentary touch up and any other touch up reservations will be a charge.
